Meet the Therapist

Just a little bit of background information so you can get to know your therapist.
 

Before I fell in love with massage therapy and aesthetics, my first love was psychology. A psychology major from high school all the way up to graduating with my AA.

(Actually, I take that back. My FIRST love was dance. Danced a range of hip hop, ballet, lyrical, tap, and jazz from kindergarten all the way up to my senior year. Since then I always knew having a healthy way to express emotions through the body was important).

In 2019 life threw me into the start of my spiritual journey after ending a three year traumatic relationship and ever since I have been on this never ending journey of spiritual healing. These past few years I’ve had to face a lot of suppressed trauma and emotions through “shadow work” which, simply put, is basically working and healing the shadows of your subconscious and conscious being. (I’ve dealt with anxiety and forms of depression + animbalanced nervous system so I firsthand know how it can show up in others) Practicing mindfulness, sound healing, yoga, journaling,  amongst other things have been a part of my journey for the past few years.

It’s more than just a session for me. The goal is to remind everybody of the power they hold within when they focus on healing not just the body but the mind and soul as well.
