Somatic Reset Experience

A somatic regulation experience~

 designed to help bring regulation to your nervous system, clear your mind, and balance your energy. Will start with a palo santo or incense cleanse, and lead into soft massage mixed with body hand compression to promote comfort and safety.  If you have any knots(adhesions) those can be accessed according to your comfort level as well given these are tender spots that hold stagnant energy. 🩵

Frequencies/healing sounds  will be played on speaker to target the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting peace and regulation.  Live rainstick sounds played and mini guided meditation/breath release exercise included in session
